Kesha Reveals Her Boyfriend Applies a 'Butt Mask' for Her Every Night in Quarantine

A rear rejuvenation

You should find some solace in the fact that celebrities, especially when stores are closed, events are canceled, and they’re quarantined in their homes, are just like the rest of us.

Case in point: Kesha.

In a recent interview with Refinery29, the singer discussed her at-home beauty and self-care regimen, including employing her boyfriend to apply a nightly “butt mask.”

You know, like a facial rejuvenation, but for her rear-end.

Kesha, now a full-fledged entrepeneur with the release of her Kesha Rose Beauty line says she, like most of us, is “evaluating” what she finds important in life — and applying a nightly butt mask apparently made the list.

Well, asking her boyfriend Brad Ashenfelter to do it is more like it.

"It helps having someone put it on your butt, so that's another perk of being quarantined with my boyfriend," she admitted. "It's one of those things that, at the end of the night, brings me happiness."

Another activity wild child Kesha came up with while in quarantine... coloring her eyebrows with men’s beard dye. She says she thought if the idea while shopping the aisles of CVS. “I thought, I'll put it on my eyebrows.”

Oh, to be a fly in the wall while Kesha shops!

The “High Road” and “Praying” singer has a few more home beauty tricks up her sleeve, including using ice and micro-needle rollers before applying moisturizer, plenty of bubble baths, and using regular ol’ face masks (on her face).

Make-up is still a part of her life these days as well, but she says she’s going lighter and embracing those adorable freckles of hers.

"Before, I was so used to people blurring them out or Photoshopping them that they seemed like a flaw," says Kesha.

"Everything is natural right now,” she said obviously referencing everyone’s personal takes on quarantine style, “and it makes me feel like I could probably take that approach into life."
