May 26, 2017

Ariana Grande will be returning to Manchester, England for a benefit concert.

In fact, Grande will bring a lot of star power with her to Manchester this weekend. Other performers include Miley Cyrus, Coldplay, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Niall Horan, and more, according to published reports. The concert will be held this coming Sunday (June 4) at the Old Trafford cricket ground.

Fans who attended last Monday's concert before the tragedy will be given free tickets to the benefit concert. The show will be broadcast on BBC-TV.

The 23-year-old singer released a statement on Friday to announce the show. She said she would return to the "incredibly brave city" to spend time with her fans. The concert will raise money for the victims and their families.

Grande also praised her fans for their compassion after the incident. She thanked fellow musicians for their outpouring of love and support. In Friday’s statement, the singer promised to “love more” and “sing louder” than she has ever before.

Monday's tragedy will not change the purpose of Ariana's tour, according to the statement. She plans to provide "a safe space" for her fans when the tour resumes. Grande's shows through June 5 have been postponed.
