Demi Lovato and Kelly Clarkson Will Perform at the 2017 American Music Awards

Kelly Clarkson and Demi Lovato will hit the stage at the 2017 American Music Awards in just over two weeks.

Kelly Clarkson will return to the AMA stage for the first time since 2012 when she performed a medley of her hits. The former American Idol winner is expected perform a new single off her just-released album, Meaning of Life. Plus, the 35-year-old super star will also perform a “second fan-favorite surprise track,” according to Dick Clark Productions.

Lovato, meanwhile, will return to the AMA stage for the first time since 2015 as she will be performing her smash hit song, “Sorry Not Sorry.”

Lovato and Clarkson join a star studded list of previously announced performers for the show:
  • The broadcast will feature the first live televised performance from K-pop sensation BTS.
  • Selena Gomez will perform her new single,“Wolves,” for the first time on television. It also marks her first live televised performance since undergoing a kidney transplant earlier this year.  
  • Christina Aguilera will mark the 25th anniversary of the film The Bodyguard with a tribute to Whitney Houston.
  • Plus, Diana Ross will perform during the ceremony, as she accepts the Life Achievement Award.

The American Music Awards will air live from the Microsoft Theater at 8pm ET on Sunday, November 19, on ABC.
