A live television musical version of the beloved holiday favorite, A Christmas Story, has found its Ralphie. Plus, It’s beginning to look at a lot like Christmas for Jane Krakowski.

Ralphie will played by a new comer, Andy Walken. The 11-year-old from Seattle was officially cast in the role last week.

FOX even shared a video showing the moment the young actor found out he had gotten the role:

Meanwhile, Jane Krakowski has also signed on to the live musical. The current Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt star and former Ally McBeal actress will play the role of Ralphie’s teacher Miss Shields.

The pair join an already star-studded cast. SNL alum (and Bridesmaids star) Maya Rudolph is playing Ralphie’s mother and Ferris Bueller actor (and Broadway star) Matthew Broderick will appear as the narrator. Silicon Valley’s Chris Diamantopoulos has also signed on to the project. He will play the role of Ralphie’s dad.

The musical based off the 1983 film, which of course orginated with a story wrtiten by Jean Shepherd. It tells the story of Ralphie Parker (somewhere in the early 1940), and his wish for an official Red Ryder BB Gun. The movie was turned in a Broadway musical for the first time back in 2012.

A Christmas Story Live will air on FOX on December 17.
