Demi Lovato exudes a level of confidence that we are super inspired by each day. The 24-year-old singer just got super candid about her mental and physical health in an interview with Entertainment Tonight this week.

The "Sorry Not Sorry" singer seems like she is on top of the world right, but she revealed to ET that she works hard on her mental and physical health each and every day.

Lovato said she prioritizes her mental health in addition to her physical health. She revealed that she sees a therapist twice a week. Plus, she uses her workout routine to help her mental health.

Demi inspires us all though by saying she has stopping giving attention to "body shamers" because she knows that she "loves herself." That's a message we could all learn a thing or two about. Just hearing Demi say that should inspire us all to love ourselves a little more.

By the way, Lovato revealed to SELF Magazine that she's even confident when she is sweaty at the gym. She's been working out as a MMA fighter, and she says the sweat from a workout doesn't stop her when she sees a guy she likes at the gym. "They'll like me if I'm sweaty or not," she told SELF
