It's the fourth year that Time Magazine released their Most Influential People on the Internet List. Social media has given celebrities, politicians, and every day people turned famous an even bigger platform in the last ten years or so.

Who would you guess is the MOST influential person on this year's list? This year's list like those in the past three years do not rank people. Last year people like Chrissy Teigen, Donald Trump, and J.K. Rowling were listed.

Here's what I will say about some of the people that made the cut this year, the squeaky wheel gets the oil. What I mean by that is some of the people listed are very outspoken and love to cause twitter battles with other people.

5 of the Most Influential People on the Internet that made Time's list:

1. BTS:  The Korean boyband dominates social media and has quite a following of super fans. These guys are known for having the highest grossing K-Pop album ever. I'm 39 so I don't get the whole obsession with BTS, but to each their own I suppose.

2. Kanye West: I can't say I am shocked that he made the list. He was very vocal on Twitter this year and stirred up a lot people with his political tweets. He also was tweeting out some nonsense in the Spring that had people questioning his mental health.

3. President Trump: President Trump loves to share his feelings with the World via twitter about politics and other topics. He has over 53 million twitter followers and many of his tweets are retweeted by twenty or more thousand people.

4. Rihanna: She's a singer, actress, and has her own line of makeup and lingerie. When she posts on Instagram people listen. Earlier this year, she posted about Snapchat using her image as a domestic violence victim in an ad that made light of DV. Snap chat's value dropped by over $800 million!

5. The Students of Parkland Florida: I love so much that these kids made the list. They took a horrific tragedy and turned it into something positive. They let their voices be heard and challenged politicians to stop the school violence and do something about gun in our country!

You can see the twenty other people that made the list below.
