December 4, 2017

Did you know we are supposed to spend 56 hours a week sleeping? That means we should be sleeping 8 hours every single night. Ha! That's easier said than done for many people. But getting enough sleep is important to our health and well-being.

There are many things you can do to help unwind in the evening like turning off electronic devices and TVs thirty minutes before you'd ideally like to go to sleep. Also, there are certain foods you should avoid later in the day because they tend to keep you awake and active like caffeine.

If you want to get a more peaceful night's rest, sex before bed could really help you. Forget about that nightcap of your favorite wine and just jump into bed with that special someone. How helpful is sex when it comes to sleeping better? Two-thirds of people reported sleeping better after a roll in the sheets according to a new study

Experts suggest replacing TV watching time and scrolling through your phone for nookie because it helps us become distracted from the day to day stresses and what's on our agenda for the next day!

So here's to more nookie and better sleep in 2018!
