Drink More Coffee. It's Good for You!

I love coffee so I don't need another reason to drink more. Actually, you may be surprised that I am actually cutting back on drinking coffee.

Some new information has come out about coffee and why you should be drinking it on the regular. The study comes from The Annals of Internal Medicine and if you're a coffee drinker you will be over the moon. 

Coffee drinkers actually live longer than those who don't drink coffee! But there's a magic number of the cups that you should consume if you want your coffee drinking to prolong your life. That magic number is three cups of coffee per day! 

Drinking 3 cups of coffee a day lowers your risk of most chronic illness and causes of death like heart disease, liver failure, etc!

So if you're contemplating another cup of coffee this morning, go for it!
