We all know how important sleep is. If you do not get enough it can start taking a toll on your mood, mental health, physical health, and even start to age you prematurely. I  am not trying to look older than I am, that's for sure.

According to the latest study on sleep, there's an exact science of going to bed and waking up if your goal is to look your best. Mattress brand Sealy conducted the research and found out exactly how much beauty sleep we need each night.

What's the magical link between getting a good night's rest and appearing more attractive? It's all in the time you go to bed and wake up in the morning. The study found that 50% of people believed that if they got a good night's sleep they looked better physically. But what about this strict bedtime and wake up time?

Essentially, you need to get 9 hours and 10 minutes of sleep to make yourself look more attractive. That means you need to go to bed at 9:45!!! Primetime TV isn't even over at this time and you want me to go to sleep? This also means that your alarm should be set for 6:55 AM.

Do you think you could go to bed this early? What about on weekends when people are typically more social and out having fun?
