July 21, 2017

The World is still mourning the loss of Linkin Park's Chester Bennington

Bennington, 41, was found dead yesterday morning in his home near Los Angeles. According to TMZ, he was hanging from a door between his bedroom and closet. There are a lot of eerie details and similarities between his suicide and the suicide of Chris Cornell that happened in May.

The two musicians were very close friends, their suicides were both via hanging, and yesterday would have been Cornell's 53rd Birthday.

Bennington had battled demons in the past with addiction issues and depression. In the last interview he did, he spoke of his struggles with depression. The Mirror has published the interview conducted by Will Lavin.

He said: “I came to a point in my life where I was like, ‘I can either just give up and fucking die or I can f**king fight for what I want.’ And I chose to fight for what I wanted. I wanted to have good relationships. I wanted to love the people in my life. I wanted to enjoy my job."
