There are things in this World that do not make much sense. This story about the man who supplied Demi Lovato with drugs the day she overdosed not being charged or investigated is one of them.

Not too long after Lovato's overdose in July, a man came forward on video with TMZ admitting he supplied her with the drugs and got high with her before she nearly died. Brandon Johnson won't be investigated by the LAPD which means he won't be charged either because "an overdose is categorized as a medical emergency, and a self-induced one at that."

He went on video multiple times admitting that he gave her the drugs and he was not sure what they may have beed added to them.

But if he's knowingly selling drugs that are questionable and may contain something that could cause an overdose wouldn't that be reason enough to investigate him? How does someone come out on TMZ and admit to dealing drugs and not suffer any consequences?

Demi is currently in an intensive rehab program working on getting well again.
