I know I went through a bit of a quarter-life crisis at age 25. That was a time when I questioned the direction my life was going in. But my more significant life crisis happened when I turned thirty. I questioned everything I had done up to that point and re-evaluated my priorities.

Millennials are now experiencing this quarter-life crisis but for some, it's lasting ten years.

According to a new study, 60% of millennials are going through what they call a quarter-life crisis. This crisis is happening between the ages of 25 and 35-years-old.

It's normal to feel like we are stuck in a place where we don't want to be throughout life so these periods are completely normal. But when it comes to millennials, what are they struggling over the most?

1. Finances: Isn't money the root of many of our worries? 53% of those studied admitted to spending more than they make per month. You can see where this can become a huge problem.

2. Jobs: Perhaps we aren't where we thought we would be job wise by now. Or maybe we haven't quite found our place in our careers?

3. Relationships issues: In case you didn't know, dating in 2018 sucks. Millennials are really struggling to find quality people because of all of the dating APPs out there.

What's more worrying is the length of what the researchers call "rock bottom" for the millennials in the study. Read some tips to break through your quarter-life crisis below.
