We are just two days away from the biggest food holiday of the year, Thanksgiving. If you're heading to someone's home for the big feast and you're still not sure what to bring perhaps this data from Google can help you.

Researchers looked at the Google Search trends in all the different states to determine what foods were the most consumed or searched.

In North Carolina, it's no surprise that people prefer fried turkey over roasted or smoked turkey.

In the South, people were all about the casseroles that accompany the turkey on Thanksgiving. Most people expect at least two casseroles on the table at their dinner. The prefered casserole in NC is sweet potatoe casserole. Yummy. Just the thought of it has me drooling.

Did you know that you can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to your sweet potatoe casserole and it can be served as a dessert too? Give it a try! The people of NC also prefer mashed potatoes to green been casserole, but it was a close race.

In South Carolina, the only difference is that people in the Palmetto State prefer green bean casserole to mashed potatoes!

What are the must-have foods for your Thanksgiving feast?
