I make it a point to take a super hot bath at least once a day. There's just something relaxing about closing my eyes and getting lost for 20 minutes while I soak away the day. 

If you aren't much a bath fan, this news may change your mind. 

Taking a hot bath has some serious health benefits! According to new research from Loughborough University, hot baths can burn the same amount of calories as going for a run! Yes!

If you take an hour long bath with the water temperature at 104 degrees it could be the same as going on an hour long bike ride. Baths can also help prevent diabetes and control blood sugar levels. It's all through a process called passive heating

So tonight, treat yourself to a nice soak in a hot bath and burn some calories!
