Taco Bell Ditching the Drive-Thru for Booze?
The Taco Bell you know and love today will soon look very different. The fast-food chain has been evolving over the last few years and how has the "healthiest fast-food menu." The menu hasn't been the only thing changing.
The insides of stores are starting to look nicer too. They are remodeling stores and taking them from the 90's gray and teal color themes to something much more modern and appealing.

The interiors looked like something straight out of the TV show Saved By the Bell. But Taco Bell wants to be perceived as more of a cantina and not a place to get some food after a long night at the bar. Most restaurants now have been remodeled to look more like the photo below.

And soon that look will be gone too. If you frequent the drive-thru at TB, this news may make you sad. They announced today that they are going to get rid of the drive-thru and instead offer booze at locations.
These new store models will be built in larger cities and instead of offering a drive-thru option there will be alcohol available.

As for what kind of alcohol you can get soon? They will serve beer, wine, sangria, and their signature Twisted Freezes that will have vodka, tequila, or rum. I just wonder if these new revamped "cantina" stores will have a larger and higher-quality menu?
