Taylor Swift is currently on her Reputation Tour. Last night she was in Tampa and took some time to reflect on where she was one year ago.

Remember Taylor's sexual assault trial where the Denver radio DJ groped her and then alleged that she ruined his career? David Mueller sued Swift after the incident saying he lost his job at the radio station after Swift’s team accused him of assaulting her. All in all the trial lasted six days and the judge ruled against Mueller.

My favorite part of her speech was reflecting on the others who have gone through what she did.

“I guess I just think about all the people that weren’t believed and the people who haven’t been believed, and the people who are afraid to speak up because they think they won’t be believed,” Swift continued. “I just wanted to say I’m sorry to anyone who ever wasn’t believed because I don’t know what turn my life would have taken if somebody didn’t believe me when I said something had happened."

She's amazing! After she spoke, fans held up dollar bills because that's what Mueller had to pay Taylor in damages.

Bravo, Taylor! You're helping to empower others to stand up when someone does something they shouldn't to them.
