Want to Burn Calories? Head to the Bedroom

You know if you want to lose weight or maintain your weight you need to burn more calories than you consume. You also need to consume enough calories so that your body doesn't go into starvation mode. 

If you're always looking for ways to up your number of calories burned there are so many different exercise programs out there. Or you can spend some more time in the bedroom with someone special and burn calories during a serious love session. 

A new study from the University of Montreal has calculated just how many calories we are burning while having sex. Now, you do need to bear in mind that certain positions may raise your heart rate more and that would mean you'd burn more calories. 

Sex is, after all, a form of exercise. So how much can you burn during your weekend love session? 

Men, because they typically weigh more, burn around 100 calories per 25 minutes of action. Women burn 69 calories for 25 minutes. It may not seem like a lot, but if you're active in the bedroom and your sessions tend to last longer, it can add up!
