We have what many people would consider an unhealthy relationship with our phones. We spend an average of just over four hours per day with our faces buried in our screens on social media, texting, browsing the internet, and playing games.

There have been many studies done over the years that have found people would give up sex for their phones! See, instead of enjoying intimacy with someone else, we are too busy living in this online World. 

Having a phone comes with a hefty price tag too because no wants to have an outdated and obsolete phone. A study was done on just how much owning a smart phone will cost over our lifetime and the figure is pretty high. 

Flipsy estimated that if you buy your first phone at 18 and upgrade every 32 months until age 78, you will buy 22 phones. That means you'll spend $12,474 on phones alone. That doesn't count accessories, insurance, and the bill. That's the same price as a lower end new car! If you add on the cost of service which they are estimating to be about $80 per month on average, that's another $57,600 over 60 years.
