The latest wedding trend might seem like a bit of a stretch, however, it seems most brides to be are now getting into proposal shape. Sure, we've heard of wedding diets, but the new race down the aisle will cost you.

According to the New York Post, when Princess Eugenie of York was rumored to get engaged this year, she immediately "ramped up her diet and fitness regimen." She also spends 60 minutes daily doing squat jumps, lunges, and more at her exclusive gym for $7,800 per year.

Most women have plenty of time to prepare before their significant other pops the big question. The Knot reported that 1 in 4 couples discuss marriage almost two years before getting engaged and 1 in 3 shop together for the ring. With that being said, it doesn't surprise us that most ladies want to get into the best shape of their life prior to putting a rock on their hand.

Following the proposal, most couples decide to pay a photographer to have an engagement shoot. The New York Post reports that 60 percent of couples take engagement pictures and 39 percent post them to social media. With everyone's eyes on you and your big day, we totally understand ladies wanting to look their best as he gets down on one knee.
