Stretching Can Decrease Your Lower Back Pain

I have been doing much better at stretching after workouts and in the morning. I used to never stretch and it caught up with me. I was getting very sore after each workout. Plus, my back was hurting when I sat too long. Once I started a daily stretching routine my body felt a lot better.
