Man Crashes Stolen Mecklenburg EMS Ambulance Into Multiple Cars

Wild video footage was caught of a man crashing an ambulance into multiplecars. WSOC-TV’s Joe Bruno posted the footage he received from a viewer on Twitter.

The incident took place at Executive Center Drive in Charlotte. CMPD says they were called onto the scene for a disturbance. According to a statement from Mecklenburg EMS, the MEDIC crew and patient were in the back of the ambulance when the man jumped into the driver’s seat. The crew and patient exited the back immediately, and the man began driving through the parking, crashing and pushing cars with it. This was the result:

Police detained the man afterward. No one was injured during the incident.
