Alabama Officials Warn Drivers Not To Each Chicken Tenders Spilled On Highway

January 8, 2019

If eating chicken tenders is a crime, then lock us up and throw away the key.

But seriously, eating chicken tenders really is a crime according to authorities in Alabama; an 18-wheeler crashed on Sunday, spilling chicken tenders all over Highway 35 in Cherokee County near the Georgia line. Cherokee County’s EMA posted a message on Facebook stating that people stopping to pick up the strewn tenders is creating a traffic hazard, and that anyone caught engaging in such fowl play could face charges.

They also had to point out that the tenders now pose a health hazard because they’ve been sitting there for over 24 hours.
