More Than Half Of Us Wish We’d Stop Changing Clocks Twice A Year For Daylight Saving Time

March 8, 2019

Twice a year we change our clocks thanks to Daylight Saving Time, and it can be the best or worst thing depending on your body clock. Ramona’s one of those people whose body gets thrown off by the time changes, so she’s not that big of a fan.

With Daylight Saving Time starting on Sunday, YouGov surveyed a bunch of Americans and found that 54% of us want to stop this nonsense of changing the clocks twice a year.

So if you had to choose, would you rather us forever be in “spring forward” or “fall back” mode? 35% of Americans who partake in Daylight Saving Time say the prefer “spring forward,” since it gives us more daylight. And there are quite a few benefits to having year-round Daylight Saving Time

If Daylight Saving Time messes with your body clock as much as it does Ramona’s, here’s some ways you can prepare!
