Millennials Are Hiring Consultants To Help Them Keep Their Plants Alive

Who’s your (plant) daddy? His name is Nick Cutsumpas. At 26, he’s one of many entrepreneur who are making a living being a “plant whisperer” for millennials.

Apparently millennials are hiring people like Nick to help them take care of their plants, everything from picking the right plant to teaching them how to water it properly.

It might sound silly, but plant enthusiasts like Nick are raking in green...he averages about $300 per client. Eliza Bank, 33, founded the Manhattan-based plant store The Sill, which aims to help novices up their green thumb game.
