Australia Is Now Letting People Add Emojis To Their License Plate

It might be 2019 here in America, but it’s officially 3019 in Australia.

Drivers in the state of Queensland will soon be able to add an emoji to their license plate starting March 1.

Plates still must have the mandatory 3 letters and 2 numbers, but Personalized Plates of Queensland is already letting people preorder their new plate, which allows folks the ability to add one of five emojis: smiley face, laugh out loud, wink, heart eyes and sunglasses.
