Business Insider compiled information from a study done by Deloitte on the top 5 ways people are trying to limit their smartphone usage:

  1. Keep phone in bag/pocket while in a meeting: 38%
  2. Turn off audio notifications: 38%
  3. Keep phone in bag/pocket while alone: 27%
  4. Delete apps: 26%
  5. Turn phone off at night: 26%
