Women Snore Almost As Much As Men, But They Lie About It

April 25, 2019

If a woman tells you that she doesn't snore, you now have a reason to give her the side eye...a study found that women are more likely to lie about their snoring.

Researchers concluded that 92.6% of men and 88% of women snore, however, only 72% of women admitted their snoring habit. Meanwhile, men actually overreported their snoring (93%).

Not only are men and women equally as likely to snore, but the intensity of their snore is similar as well. The loudness of men's snoring topped 51.7 decibels, while women's topped 50 decibels.

While it's probably not a good idea to ask a woman about her age or snoring habits, snoring can negatively impact your relationship...here's some ways to keep that from happening.
