Women are happier and healthier if they go out with their girlfriends at least twice a week, according to a study. Life as an adult can be hectic, and sometimes finding free time for friends while juggling work/family/life can feel impossible.

But the health benefits of socializing can be worth it: decreased anxiety, a stronger immune system and a greater sense of well-being.
