Here’s The Reason Why You Sleep More In The Winter

January 29, 2019

Bears aren’t the only one who spent more time sleeping during this time of year...a new survey has found that we spend an extra 24 hours in bed in winter. That averages to about an extra 16 minutes a day in bed during the winter months

Not only do darker and colder days make it harder for people to wake up, it also makes us more prone to be late for work...38% say they’re more likely to be late for work during winter months because they find it harder to get up in the morning.

Also, one in five have been been late for a meetup with friends or family because they can’t get out of bed, but honestly who could blame them?
